This impromptu memorial was set in place near Yishuv Otniel in the S. Hebron Hills, the site of the fatal terror attack last week that claimed the lives of Rabbi Yaakov Litman HY”D and his son Netanel HY”D.

The family was on its way to the Aufruf for daughter Sara Techiya, who was scheduled to walk down the chupah on Tuesday, 5 Kislev. Instead of a chasenah the family sat shiva and a kenos hisorarus was held on Tuesday night for women.

The chasenah is now scheduled for Thursday, 14 Kislev, in Binyanei Ha’uma in Jerusalem. Klal Yisrael is invited to participate at 22:30.
